momen
How can physiotherapist document on a digital tool?
momen is a tool in the prototype phase and has three different areas which all cover a part of the work of a physio with the patient. The secretary is responsible for making appointments and keeping track of what is going on that day. The waiting room is for the first anamnesis and the evaluation of the last treatment. In the treatment room the individual interventions that are carried out on the patient can be documented with a Point'n'Click style. Since the documentation is uniform, comparable data is generated for scientific purposes, regardless of who documents it. The created prototype was tested multiple times with physiotherapists and improved upon using their feedback.

We began our process by a research phase with interviews, personas, user journeys and several mind maps. We had to figure out how the international standard of documenting is, and how it works. Our decisions are based on these research and the enduser (the physiotherapist) in mind.
